40而不惑~

40~人生之秋、像枝花（？）仰或人生刚开始？40 对你来说会是什么呢？

就个人而言，我感觉自己是有价值、有意义、受人重视、独一无二的。更是“跑“得最快、跑第一的那一颗精子！哈哈！要不然也不会击败其他千千万万的"brothers"遇到我的爱人（卵子）而长大成人，能够活到40这把年纪咯！哈哈！但更重要的是你们在我身上见到的“生命“，已不再是之前旧有的“生命“，而是一个“新生命“。因为有“他“在我生命里-福音！我在15岁那年作了一个很重要的决定，使我的生命不再一样。一直到现在，进入40 这个人生的“分水岭“，我的“生命“还是一样的“独一无二“！！为什么呢？就让这个40岁“不老"且“还年轻“我来为你道来。

就个人而言，福音是关乎我们本身的好消息。我们生命里的每一点真实情况，和全世界的政治、经济、科学、和工业界所发出的消息，都是同样重要的；然而，就算世界达致和平，并且国内经济稳定，我们仍然必须面对我们个人生命及人生的问题。

不论我们住的房子多么舒适、受过何等良好的教育、工作或家庭何等稳固、外表看来何等成功和快乐，假如我们内心充满了焦虑、罪恶感和绝望，我们的人生就是失败的。假如我们一直以为自己没用或找不到人生的意义，这对我们来说将会是一个坏消息。我们需要找着自己存在的意义，我们需要知道并时常感觉自己是个完整独特的个体，更需要觉得人生有目的。

所以，我亲爱的家人、朋友、同事及同学们，40对我有一个重要的意义，那就是学习保罗在加拉太书2：20节里所提到：

"如今活着的我，是基督住在我里面的我。你们在我身上见到的生命，已不再是之前旧有的'生命'，而是相信耶稣后，活出有耶稣在我里面的新生命。他爱我，将他自己给了我，我因此不会再走回头路了。"

Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not "mine," but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I am not going to go back on that.

Who is a Pastor?

黄迪华牧师（博士）在他新设立的部落格“彩虹的荣美”其中一篇文章里提出“谁是牧者”Who is a Pastor? 中提出下列几道问题：

1. 谁是传道？
2. 谁是牧者？
3. 牧者是怎样产生的？
4. 牧者的职事？
5. 牧者的问责？

全文在这里。

身为一位平信徒，我想我比较感兴趣的是第四及第五道问题：什么是牧者的职事以及 牧者向谁问责？

对于牧者的职事又或牧者的工作，依小弟的了解应该是：讲道和教导、探访和辅导、祷告和写作、鼓励和指引；并借这些把人带到神面前得到真自由。在牧者们藉着他们的服事唤醒人们对在基督里过自由生活的响往、打开他们的胃口后、下一步是寻找预备食物去填满它。这样，一个人能在牧者的帮助下，在信心生活中经历真自由，发掘作一个人的最核心意义。

牧者向谁问责？这是身为卫理信徒的我时常挣扎的问题。迪华提出以下几项问责的可能：

“向自己负责？向主任牧师负责？主任牧师向谁负责？在教牧同工队中彼此负责？向教区长（会长/会正/会督/主教）负责？向长执会负责？长执会向谁负责？”

对于那些时常问我这些问题的弟兄姐妹们，现在你们也该明白为何我每次都把问题抛回给你们了吧？因为这不只是你和我很想知道的，也很想去探讨的，这也是牧者们自己时常探讨，省察反省的课题。如果你想贡献一份力量，迪华老哥提出一个管道：

“在多元政治与多元宗教的本土处境，这些提问也可以成为神学硕士 (Master of Theology)或教牧学博士 (Doctor of Ministry)或神学博士 (Doctor of Theology）的论文研究体裁。你有负担和兴趣吗？”

是的!! 你有兴趣吗？把你的提问、挣扎、建议等等化成一股推动力，付诸行动吧！！
